Compacted quartz composite slabs produced from 93% pure crushed quartz crystals and 7% polymer resins with colour pigments. Formed under vacuum vibro-compression (>100 tonnes) and thermal curing. Scratch resistant (Mohs hardness 6–7), non-porous, and stain resistant without sealers.
Finished slabs bundled vertically in heavy wooden A-frames with foam separators and container strapping.
